No Return Policy

At Surekha Creations, we take great care to ensure that every clothing and jewellery product is carefully checked, packed, and delivered to you in proper condition.
Due to the nature of our products, all purchases made through the Surekha Creations website are final and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange, except in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the product ordered.
We request you to carefully review the product details, size, colour, specifications, and other information before placing your order.
1. No Return / No Exchange Policy
All products purchased from Surekha Creations are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under normal circumstances.

please take photographs or record a video before opening the package.
If possible, please record a continuous unboxing video showing the package, shipping label, and product from the moment the package is opened.
This may help us investigate a damage or incorrect-product claim more efficiently.
5. Unboxing Video
For jewellery and other delicate products, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video.
The video should clearly show:
- The sealed package.
- The shipping label.
- The opening of the package.
- The product and its packaging.
- Any visible damage or discrepancy.
An unboxing video may be requested by our customer support team while reviewing a complaint.
6. Time Limit for Reporting an Issue
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests received after this period may not be eligible for consideration.
To avoid delays, please provide all required photographs, videos, and order information when contacting us.
7. Product Condition
For any eligible complaint, the product should remain in the condition in which it was received.
Where applicable, please retain:

- Labels
- Boxes

Products that have been worn, altered, washed, repaired, resized, damaged, or otherwise modified may not qualify for a resolution.

10. Refunds
Since Surekha Creations follows a No Return Policy, refunds are generally not available for products that are successfully delivered and meet the product description.

Approved refunds will be processed through the applicable payment method or another method determined by Surekha Creations.
11. Cancellation of Orders

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
